Sales cycles dropped from 25 to 19 weeks. Free trial motions now convert at 50%, up 14 points year over year. Three year deals fell from 28% to 23% of new contracts while sub one year deals tripled to 13%. High AI adopters are running leaner GTM orgs at every revenue band, generating the same revenue with fewer people.
