Solutions
The solutions we bring. Find yours.
Each one answers a problem revenue teams bring to our workshops, in the words they use, and each is a part of the engine we build and run. Start with the one that costs you most.
Six areas
Forty solutions, and the problems behind them.
Know exactly who to sell to
Know every account and person worth selling to, and keep that data clean.
“We have never sized our real market, account by account.”
“We know the companies but not the people who buy.”
“Our contact data is out of date and our emails bounce.”
“Our CRM is full of duplicates and nobody trusts it.”
“Territories are drawn by guesswork rather than by potential.”
“We cannot say which prospects look like our best customers.”
“We cold-call accounts where someone on our side already knows someone.”
Know when they are ready to buy
See the change that makes an account ready to talk: a hire, a raise, a new tool, a job move.
“Our champions move companies and we find out months later.”
“A new leader arrives at a target account and we miss the window.”
“We cannot see which accounts are hiring for the problem we solve.”
“Accounts raise money or open an office and we hear about it last.”
“We miss the moment an account adopts or drops a tool we work with.”
“We do not know who is engaging with our competitors.”
Reach the right people, properly
Reach the right people on the right channel, coordinated rather than scattered.
“Our outbound email is generic and reply rates keep falling.”
“LinkedIn outreach is manual, inconsistent and hard to scale.”
“Calling is slow, and nobody knows which accounts to call first.”
“Email, LinkedIn and calls run separately and nobody coordinates them.”
“We run events, but the right people do not turn up.”
“We want more partners and have no system for finding them.”
“Every prospect lands on the same generic page.”
Never leave a lead waiting
Answer every lead and every reply quickly, and route it to the right person.
“Target accounts visit our website and we never know.”
“Inbound leads arrive with a name and an email and nothing else.”
“Inbound leads land with the wrong person, or with nobody.”
“Inbound leads wait hours, sometimes days, for a reply.”
“Replies, bounces and out-of-office messages pile up unread.”
“Interested prospects fall away between the reply and the calendar invite.”
Walk into every meeting prepared
Send reps into every conversation knowing the account, the buyers and the competition.
“Reps walk into first meetings knowing little about the account.”
“Reps are caught out when a prospect names a competitor.”
“We learn about competitor moves from our own prospects.”
“We sell to one contact while five people make the decision.”
“Good discovery calls go cold because the follow-up is slow.”
“Deals stall and we find out at the forecast call.”
Grow the customers you already have
Keep the customers you have won, and find what else they could buy from you.
“Customers buy one product and never hear about the rest.”
“We miss the moment a customer is ready to buy more.”
“We cannot see what our customers could buy from us but do not.”
“Lost deals are never revisited, even when the buyer's situation changes.”
“We find out a customer is leaving when they give notice.”
“Account reviews take days to prepare and say little.”
“Our partners' field sellers hardly know we exist, so they never bring us into their accounts.”

Questions
Asked most often.
What does The GTM Studio do?
We build and run the systems behind B2B pipeline: account data, buying signals, outreach, inbound follow-up, sales enablement and growth from existing customers. We are based in Singapore and work with B2B companies at every stage, from entering a market to mature, wherever they sell.
Who is it for?
B2B companies in any industry, at any of four stages: entering a market, establishing it, scaling or mature. The stage decides where we start, not whether we can help.
How does it start?
With a 20-minute call to listen to your requirements. If the call goes well and we all agree, we recommend a complimentary one-to-one workshop of 60 minutes, and you leave with a written plan. If there is a fit, the next step is a statement of work you can review.
Do you do lead generation?
Yes. Finding the accounts, reaching the people and booking the first conversations are part of the engine, and often the first thing we run.
Do you work in our CRM?
Yes, whichever CRM you use. We work inside it, with Clay alongside as the data and signal layer.
Which stage are we at?
The 20-minute call settles it in the first few minutes.
Start here
Twenty minutes. Then we decide together.
Tell us where you are and what you need, and a Co-Founder listens. If the call goes well and we all agree, we recommend a 60-minute workshop, where we map how your accounts, data and outreach work today and you leave with a written plan.
